Precision Parts

The “Precision Parts Division” of NTI developed as an outgrowth of our vast experience in machining production. Our customers expressed a high level of interest for NTI to supply precision machined parts for the same products that incorporated our seals. It made perfect sense for us to expand into this area of manufacturing.

Our manufacturing ability in this division includes: Precision Machining, Stamping, Forging and Casting. We produce using materials ranging from Cast Irons to Stainless Steels to Aluminums, and to other forms of metal products.

Our secondary operations capabilities includes, but are not limited to: Cadmium Plating; Zinc Plating; Phosphate Plating; Nickel Plating; Black Oxide; Passivation; Chemical Film Finish; Oil Coating; Solid Film Lubricant; Heat Treat and Water Quench; Magnetic Inspection; Penetrant Inspection; Powder Coating; Custom Painting.
